The practical steps before sales open

  1. One listing per film: Add duration, description and every screening time. Capacity is tracked separately for each occurrence.
  2. Ticket categories: Regular, student or another category with its own price. Visitors can buy several in one purchase.
  3. Day-specific offers: Set a special price for selected weekdays and dates without changing the regular price.
  4. Online payment and fiscal documents: Purchases complete through Stripe and BookIt supports the connected receipt workflow.
  5. QR check-in at the door: Open the scanner in the dashboard and validate each ticket by camera or short code.

Common questions

Can one film have several screenings?
Yes. Each screening gets its own time, availability and capacity.
Can I sell regular and student tickets?

What happens on cancellation?
The policy is shown before purchase. Whether the customer cancels within the deadline or the business cancels, the ticket price is refunded and the disclosed BookIt fee remains non-refundable.
Do I need a special scanner?
No. Check-in works from the mobile dashboard camera or by typing the ticket’s short code.
How much does it cost?
Online tickets, payments and QR check-in require Pro at €29.90/month or €299/year. Card charges are enabled only after you connect Stripe and complete fiscal setup.
