How automatic appointment reminders work

  1. Set the lead time per service: Choose how long before the appointment the reminder is sent. The default is 24 hours.
  2. Starter sends email reminders: Automatic email reminders are available from the Starter plan.
  3. Pro adds SMS reminders: Pro includes 100 SMS segments per month for confirmations, reminders and manual texts to numbers in Greece.
  4. Email covers failed SMS delivery: If the text cannot be delivered, the reminder is automatically sent to the client by email.
  5. Clients control their notifications: From the booking email, a client can opt out of reminders for that specific booking.
