How Google Calendar booking sync works

  1. Connect Google Calendar: Enable two-way sync for your calendar.
  2. Busy events hide available times: When a personal event is marked busy, its time is not offered for booking.
  3. Confirmed bookings are added: The appointment enters Google Calendar and the client is invited as an attendee.
  4. Online appointments get Google Meet: An automatic Google Meet link is created for online services.
  5. Every email includes a calendar file: The confirmation contains an .ics file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.
