How automatic retail receipt issuance works

  1. Enter your myDATA credentials: BookIt encrypts them and never displays them again after they are saved.
  2. Connect online payments: Receipt issuance is tied to service payments through the business’s connected Stripe account.
  3. AADE receives the retail receipt: When payment completes, BookIt issues the document directly through AADE in the business name.
  4. The customer receives the receipt: The retail receipt is automatically emailed to the address used for the booking.
  5. Keep an archive and handle refunds: Download a monthly receipt archive, while refunds create the corresponding credit note.
